[Bug]: Restore cursor visibility when moving over a paused player #288

Description

@Priveetee

What happened?

When a video is paused in the standard watch layout, the cursor can remain hidden after moving back inside the player. It only reappears after the pointer leaves the video area and enters it again.

The cursor should reappear as soon as the user moves the pointer inside the player, whether playback is running or paused.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a YouTube video with cinema mode disabled.
  2. Move the cursor below the player, then move it over the player.
  3. Pause the video.
  4. Wait for the cursor to hide while it remains inside the player.
  5. Move the cursor inside the player without leaving its area.
  6. The cursor remains hidden.

Anything else?

Reported on desktop. Provider: YouTube. The bug is consistently reproducible in the standard layout, unlike issue #285, which concerns fullscreen pause on iOS.
