⬆️(frontend) update BlockNote preview packages to 7fa4b13703

Purpose

Update the BlockNote preview packages to the pkg.pr.new build of TypeCellOS/BlockNote#3172 at 7fa4b13703. Before, the packages used bb192fe8fc.

What changes in the app

• Version comparison: when you compare a version to the previous version, the diff shows only the changes of the selected version. Before, it also showed the changes of the previous version. Example: in the sample document, "08:35:02 vs First" showed all the text of "First" as inserted. This fix is in feat!: rebuild version history and customize snapshot actions BlockNote#3090.
• Re-created blocks: text in a block that is re-created several times (for example, changed to a heading and then indented) keeps its writer. This fix is in feat(versioning): show copied blocks once in version diffs (experimental) BlockNote#3172 and is used with the "+ re-created blocks" value of the "Version diff fixes" select.

Files

• src/frontend/package.json, src/frontend/apps/impress/package.json, src/frontend/servers/y-provider/package.json: the new build.
• src/frontend/yarn.lock: only the BlockNote entries change.
• CHANGELOG.md: the build id.

The seed in deploy/dev-instance/seed keeps the old build. It only builds the sample history, and the new build does not change that.
