…skip ci] The announce block's whitespace counted as output, so Material rendered an empty dark banner on non-prerelease pages. Whitespace control now keeps both override blocks truly empty when their condition is false. docs:deploy:release:latest now passes --update-aliases so 'latest' can move off the version that currently holds it. …hanges A Classify Changes job decides whether a change touches code. Documentation-only changes skip the test and build jobs through their if: conditions, so the workflow still runs and reports. CI Gate reduces every job's result to one verdict: it fails on any failure or cancellation, and on a code change that skipped a test or build job.
