Add ethtool -N/--config-nfc documentation for configuring RX classifiers using ALE policer engine. Supports raw Ethernet flow-type matching on: - Source MAC address (src) - Destination MAC address (dst) - VLAN tag with PCP and VID (vlan) Actions: route to RX channel 0-7 or drop (-1).
