Deposited mage gear and abort refunds previously followed an account UUID or a live player session. Stations and queued returns now retain the full initiating character, stable operation/occupancy IDs and captured sessions. Legacy account deposits use a reviewed, fixed heir after readiness; character estates transfer deposited gear and queued holdings without moving profiles, focus or progression. Public charging and ejection retain their existing policy.
Raw station YAML and return JSON preserve original keys, legacy attribution/item maps, unknown fields, explicit nulls, binary metadata and unsupported records. Ownership-only plans, immutable source archives, independent receipts and full-decision completion evidence (including zero-item completions) prevent stale partial fanout, restored-source duplication or same-revision growth. Ordinary effects hold conflicting ownership history. Current session, planned inventory frame and original station/item/full-owner guards apply before effects, including callbacks and outgoing cleanup.
Physical effects persist intent/evidence before inventory or world changes, request Paper player saves and hold interrupted outcomes for staff. Missing/malformed/overflowing payment maps never become partial refunds. Inventory, world and plugin files remain separate durability domains; public world output retains its documented crash window. The offline recovery tool previews one whole journal and restores only verified untouched ownership after an external backup, preserving unrelated data and refusing progressed/ambiguous effects.
Validation:
TFMC_MVN_REMOTE=0 tfmc-mvn -o -B clean verifypassed 615 Java tests (zero failures/errors/skips) at 2026-10-14T00:25:09Z. Configured 100% gates passed:58,374 instructions,8,936 branches,12,937 lines (zero missed); 1,985 methods and 242 classes fully covered. Runtime JAR validator passed; SHA256d502430fe4bd3c9fc5e56ffcb5d0281bbfe03252684d054d5bc731ae218d580e. Actual pinned TLibs 2.3.0 isolated classloading proves the fail-closed capability bridge; the supported pin is 2.6.0. The legacy fixture POM also passes the exact pinned shared installer dependencies parser, selecting 2.3.0 for the fixture and 2.6.0 for the application. Recovery Python 15 tests and native-generated migration/station/return/CHARACTER+WAITING completion preview/apply proofs pass. Paired Docs tests 5 and 902 local links pass. Tag-release workflow verification: the exact pinned older-API fixture step now runs before release clean verify, with its separate legacy dependency lock. YAML and the pinned installer parser pass; application TLibs remains 2.6.0, fixture 2.3.0, and release build metadata still uses the application dependency lock. This workflow-only correction leaves the fully gated runtime code and JAR unchanged.
