Description
Updates the schedule and involved people (preliminary - currently in discussion).
I have added a few
TODOmarks to update. More will come, and I will look into reducing duplication of dates across files.This PR also deletes the copies of old orga slides, which are confusing at least when updating files. Now that we have releases, there is no reason to have them around anymore.
