Problem

The README shows StableBar in short clips, but nothing at the top gives a newcomer a quick feel for it.

Changes

Adds a 10-second looping GIF right under the header links, above the existing hero clip. On a MacBook, the pointer opens the agenda, system and music popups, then the bar changes to the Catppuccin, Gruvbox and Notch themes and wipes back to Built-in. That wipe is the loop point, so the GIF plays without a visible jump.

The README teaser GIF

It's cut from the launch film. A first version embedded the full film as a video, but GitHub puts a file-name bar above every uploaded video, so this PR uses a GIF instead. The GIF is uploaded as a GitHub attachment, not committed.

Testing

  • 960×400 at 25 fps, 8.2 MB, under GitHub's 10 MB image limit; same width as the other README clips.
  • Checked the frames around the loop point: the pointer, camera and bar line up across the seam.
  • Not checked: how the README renders on GitHub's mobile view.

Merging

Squash: the second commit replaces the first one's video.
