[Bug]: temurin11-jdk and temurin11-jre manifests are stale #588

I rechecked the current Temurin 11 release assets again before preparing a PR.
This is no longer just a plain stale update.
11.0.29+7shipped Windowsx86-32JDK/JRE ZIPs, but11.0.30+7no longer does. Adoptium also announced the end of Windows 32-bit delivery in 2026, so this now looks like an upstream support change rather than a simple version bump.The intended fix on the Scoop side is:

temurin11-jdkto11.0.30-7 - update
temurin11-jreto11.0.30-7 - remove the
32bitarchitecture entries from both manifests so they match the currently published upstream assets
I’ll keep the PR scoped to those two manifests only.
