Align SKILL.md read_skill_resource examples with actual skill IDs

Several semantic-model skill docs had mismatched skill_name values in read_skill_resource(...) examples, causing copy/paste usage to fail against the registered skill IDs. This updates the affected markdown files so documented example names match each skill’s front-matter name.

• Documentation correctness: skill ID alignment

  • Updated example skill_name values in:
    • src/skills/california-schools-semantic-model/SKILL.md
    • src/skills/debit-card-specializing-semantic-model/SKILL.md
    • src/skills/european-football-2-semantic-model/SKILL.md
    • src/skills/formula-1-semantic-model/SKILL.md
  • Scope is intentionally narrow: string replacements in docs only.

  • Replaced stale aliases with canonical skill IDs from front matter.
