…g assets - CI: build and test on every push to master and every pull request; the VSIX is kept as an artifact. - Release: on a vX.Y.Z tag, check that the tag matches the manifest, AssemblyInfo and package registration versions and that the CHANGELOG has a section for it, build, test, publish to the Visual Studio Marketplace with VsixPublisher (secret VS_MARKETPLACE_PAT) and create the GitHub release with the VSIX and the CHANGELOG section. Optional secret SNK_BASE64 restores Key.snk. Manual runs are dry runs. - publishManifest.json for the Marketplace (categories, overview from README). - 200x200 preview image and GettingStartedGuide link in the VSIX manifest.
- README: centered logo served from the repository, badges, sections on why, supported repositories, requirements, installation, how detection works, options, command, custom providers, troubleshooting, building and credits; absolute links so the Marketplace page works. - Remove Preview.png and the optional PreviewImage element: Icon.png is the only image (Visual Studio falls back to it in the extension details).
