RetriggerConfidence Score: 4/5

[Low risk] Updates emulator support documentation.

Safe to merge, though the WonderSwan core label should be clarified.

Summary

Updates DS and DSi recommendations and renames two libretro cores. The WonderSwan name may be hard to match in RetroArch.

Given this is marked as "Most recommended", does this imply we recommend using BizHawk for Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi over any other emulator? That doesn't seem right.

Mario Kart Zero does not work with melonDS DS.

But is that one game (a hack, btw) grounds enough to say "we think you should use BizHawk for all Nintendo DS emulation"? Keep in mind, BizHawk's multiplatform support is pretty thin.
