Why

Batch of UX fixes from device testing, plus the first pass on the new brand asset.

What changed

  • App icon: the Atlas logo (src-tauri/icons/atlas-logo.png) is now the icon on macOS/iOS/Android and the web favicon, composed on #141a0a. Android adaptive background matches. app-icon.png is the 1024 master.
  • Dashboard:
    • Balance tile navigates to Finance.
    • Day-goal tile navigates to Habits; configuring the goal stays in the Habits module.
    • AI placeholder tile removed until the AI is implemented.
  • Time references: the /tempo picker now merges adjacent same-category blocks (8:00–8:30 + 8:30–9:00 → 8:00–9:00), so the insert list offers one entry and the generated reference covers the full run. The bubble already did this.
  • iOS crash: notification diagnostics called plugin.active(), whose iOS implementation force-unwraps an in-memory map that is empty after a relaunch. Diagnostics now use the JS-planned queue and no longer auto-refresh when Settings opens; the manual "Atualizar" button still works.

Verification

  • npm run check
  • npm test (273)
  • npm run build

Pending manual check: app icon on device/home screen; iOS test mode → Settings no longer crashes; balance/goal tiles navigate.

- Adopt the Atlas logo as the app icon on every platform (dark #141a0a
background, source PNG kept in `src-tauri/icons`) and as the web favicon.
- Dashboard: the balance tile opens Finance, the day-goal tile opens Habits
(goal editing stays in the Habits module), and the AI placeholder tile is
  removed until the feature exists.
- Time references: merge adjacent same-category blocks in the `/tempo`
picker as well, so a continuous run is offered as a single entry and the
inserted reference covers the whole range.
- iOS: stop calling the notification plugin's `active()` from diagnostics —
it force-unwraps an in-memory map and crashes after a relaunch; the row now
uses the JS-planned queue and no longer refreshes automatically when
  Settings opens.
