SVS 0.5.0 RC 10, currently used, is the same as SVS 0.5.0.

Note

Low Risk
Build-time URL and packaging metadata only; behavior is unchanged if v0.5.0 matches the RC10 binaries, with the usual risk of a bad or moved release asset breaking FetchContent.

Overview
Switches prebuilt SVS shared-library downloads from the nightly 0.5.0rc10 release assets to the official v0.5.0 GitHub release URLs in cmake/svs.cmake.

The Clang (clang21-gcc11), GCC 14+, and default reduced tarball SVS_URL values are all updated; artifact names drop the 0.5.0rc10 segment to match the stable release layout. One GCC 14 branch line is also re-indented for consistent spacing.
