The workflow lint (zizmor) started failing: upstream rebuilt its
stablebranch on 2026-10-09, so the commit the workflows pin (89b1218) is no longer on any branch of dtolnay/rust-toolchain and is reported as not belonging to the repository. This pins the new tip ofstable(686976e, signed, by the same author).
