- Real Numbers: Answers are built from the same profit, capacity and inventory calculations the dashboards use — in your configured currency — so the assistant can't contradict the UI.
- Sanitized Context: Shop data is fenced off as data, prompt-injection phrasing is neutralised, and personal details are redacted from answers by default.
- Approval Required: The assistant can propose changes (rates, clients, reminders, reports) but never applies them. Each one is a separate approval card, and every proposal, approval and rejection is written to a local activity log.
