Remove real commit identifiers from public documentation
This source-anchor paragraph publishes real QPK and IBKR commit identifiers, and docs/unattended-followup-pr-review.md similarly publishes six exact PR heads. This repository contains a tracked LICENSE, so its own rules classify these documents as public material; AGENTS.md explicitly prohibits commit identifiers that lead back to real objects. Replace these identifiers with synthetic placeholders and retain exact-head evidence outside the public documentation.

Keep the internal follow-up status report outside Git
This document records a particular task's self-review, current CI status, draft dispositions and verification handoff rather than a durable runtime contract or design decision. Committing that temporary internal task report conflicts with AGENTS.md's explicit storage boundary. Keep the report outside Git and retain only reusable design or operating guidance in the published documentation; the same separation is needed for the job-completion and handoff portions of docs/unattended-owner-update-inventory.md.

The owner now permits Gemini free-tier image-CAPTCHA solving with local OCR fallback. Reclassify the seven formerly human-only scenario groups: scenario 8 becomes unattended-capable, while protected local SSO, privileged/remote server work and owner-directed code work retain their boundaries. The 32-group inventory now has 26 capable groups requiring implementation/adoption and six human-controlled groups, with zero verified production closed loops.
Document the exact-head review of QPK #672, ARC #116, US #601, CN #330, HK #249 and Crypto #270. All six remain draft because of unverified Dot/admission or runtime/reference dependencies; HK/Crypto Evidence Gates were skipped. No merge satisfies the owner's complete conditions.
Design a monotonic, current-cycle
skip_cycle_rebalance.v1flag consumed by the existing pre-trade and final submission guards. It can only deny all new orders, never authorize orders or clear another block. Define durable scope, authoritative absence versus unavailable state, same-cycle retry latching, receipt validation, and the existing claim serialization requirement. Current IBKR T1 consultation is shadow-only and ignores its result, so it must not be represented as a pause interface.Design/documentation only. Keep draft; do not merge this PR in this follow-up. No executable guard, runtime flag, live configuration, wheel pin, secret, IAM, server or trading change. The separate 12345HotlineBots proposal covers the five Pigbibi CAPTCHA consumers; the independent monthly dead-man follow-up uses only the existing GitHub issue path.
Validation: diff/Markdown and 32-row classification inspection; QPK review/disposition/task/drift/summary fake tests passed (43), ARC unittest suite passed (95). Original GitHub PR heads/checks were read separately. No live model, portal, production or caller-admission acceptance claimed.
