Brings
scripts/back in line with the organisation's canonical checker.Phase 2 is now on:
docs-check.ymlrunscheck_style.py --phase 2. Phase 1blocked only unambiguous findings, so a rule that was advisory stayed advisory
forever. The gate for opening phase 2 was the 67 remaining findings, and they
are cleared — the checker's own refinements and the content changes landed
first, in a separate change.
The diff is the canonical files themselves.
