Summary

Add SVG support to dynamic rendering.

Changes

  • Extract existing SVG element creation into a shared createElement helper.
  • Reuse it in toFragment, dynamic mounting, and is="r-*" conversion.
  • Create SVG elements with their namespace and correct tag casing, including foreignObject and linearGradient.
  • Let the mounting helper accept both HTML and SVG elements.
