Summary

Adds fluent @keyframes support and 126 missing CSS property methods.

• Define animations with .keyframes(name).select('from'), including grouped percentages and media/scope nesting.
• Add handwritten cssProps2.ts metadata for 126 new properties and seven existing setters.
• Update the generator while preserving all existing methods and numeric/string property support.
• Document animation usage, theme naming, and future at-rule work.
• Bump workspace versions to 1.1.17.
