Selecting a launcher or refreshing its process tree removed explicitly selected child executables. Those exclusions then disappeared after the launcher exited. Preserve explicit rules independently of inheritance, and let an inherited child be selected explicitly with a mixed checkbox.

Apply exclusions to the running local HTTP/SOCKS listener even when TUN is off, so system-proxy applications receive the same native policy. New DNS settings default to AliDNS and describe the desktop physical resolver order; existing saved values stay intact. WARN/ERROR filtering no longer suppresses INFO disk diagnostics.

Validation:

  • fvm flutter analyze --no-fatal-infos — passed; 26 existing informational notices, no errors or warnings.
  • fvm flutter test --no-pub — 123 passed, 3 platform-specific skips.
  • fvm dart format lib test — no outstanding formatting changes.

Regressions cover parent reselection/exit with explicit child rules, saved preferences, and INFO persistence while the viewer shows only errors. Companion native changes implement physical DNS, system-proxy bypass and native disk persistence. No FFI declaration/layout changes or automatic migration of existing settings. Already-lost selections cannot be reconstructed and must be selected again.

Companion integration: acking-you/proxy-everything#27. The complete Windows Debug bundle built successfully in an isolated checkout using the supported root script, with both native DLLs and Flutter data verified. No running application or preferences were replaced.
