What changed

• Bumps @project-graphite/ui to 0.2.0 in package.json and package-lock.json.
• The README's install URL points at 0.2.0, and its component list now includes Tabs, TagChip, Avatar, CodeInput, Sidebar, CommandPalette and useCommandShortcut from feat: add the components Strata's foundation needs #6.

After merging, pushing the v0.2.0 tag publishes the release.
