Puts the upgrade steps first, as a checklist, and groups the changes: the parts of the new interface under one bullet, the three `+rename` items together, the fix last. Names of buttons and fields are bold. No claim is added or changed. Besides a bullet repeating that the jQuery File Upload widget is gone, two things are cut, as admins cannot act on them: * How the overwrite prompt uses the upload stash. It was also wrong for anonymous uploaders: they get no stash, so going ahead sends the file again * Why WikiEditor skips a page with several upload areas Considered, not added: 3cf14b1 also reads `MediaWiki:Simplebatchupload-parameters` in the content language, where users with another interface language could miss the page's parameter set.
