build_filter_params mangles dotted relation filter keys #141

Description

flame_hub._base_client.build_filter_params runs to_camel on every filter key, so a rapiq relation filter such as {"analysis.clientId": ...} is serialized as filter[analysis.Clientid] instead of filter[analysis.clientId]. The Hub resolves dotted keys through its relation schema mapping (e.g. /analysis-nodes?filter[analysis.clientId]=...), so these filters currently cannot be expressed from the SDK.

Observed with flame-hub-client 1.0.0 while working on PrivateAIM/node-storage-service#217.

Suggested fix

Apply to_camel per dotted segment ('.'.join(to_camel(p) for p in key.split('.'))) so relation prefixes and the leaf property are each camel-cased.
