Add population-level detection for UsageTap call and report behavior, including numeric shape changes at an unchanged mean, whole categorical composition, and explicit timezone/day matching for scheduled workloads.
The additive
distribution-v1APIs provide exact tie-aware numeric KS tests, event-level categorical permutation tests, bounded causal replay with a declared testing family, and support-based seasonal reference selection. Quantity-weighted reports retain report-level sample counts; aggregate-only unit shares remain descriptive. Existing time-series contracts remain available.Prepare Anomalyzer 0.5.0 with Python/CLI/MCP interfaces, generated schemas, reproducible fixtures, README graphical chapters 25–27, capability evidence/maps, release notes, and UsageTap handoff guides.
Validation: 308 tests pass on Python 3.12; clean wheel/source installs and offline consumer smoke pass. Docker Desktop has been started for the Linux/Lambda verification. CI must pass Python 3.11–3.13, installed artifact, capability-map, and Linux/Lambda checks before merge and immutable publication.
Limits remain explicit: no automatic season discovery or block resampling; matching does not establish independence or production false-positive rates. No UsageTap deployment is included.
