Fix pre-existing CI failures

Summary

• normalize notebooks/Tutorial.ipynb with the repository pre-commit hooks
• repair malformed API docstrings and preserve indexed modality documentation without duplicate module entries
• correct the documentation workflow self-path filter

Validation

• pre-commit run --all-files
• sphinx-build -W -b html . _build/html
• pytest tests: 55 passed; one unchanged GaiaXpBp fixture case differs by one token at a quantization boundary on macOS/arm64 (798 vs. 799), while the GitHub Actions Linux test job passes on the same base revision
