Upgrade inertia-laravel to 3.5.1 and Inertia React to 3.9.1 together. Adapt typed page resolution, the JSON bootstrap payload and data-inertia head markers, regenerate plugin exports, hydrate SSR content, and target ES2022. Preserve plugin registration and import-map interfaces. Validate real server rendering of core and theme pages and independently built plugins on x64 and ARM64. Enable isolated writer, translation and concurrent-tab browser fixtures in CI. SQLite/PostgreSQL suites pass on PHP 8.4 and 8.5; TypeScript, 102 JavaScript tests with coverage, client/SSR and independent Shop builds pass.
