P2 Node types no longer match

vitest 5 requires @types/node 22 or newer, but this project still declares @types/node ^20.11.24 and locks 20.19.25. This introduces an unmet peer requirement and install warnings. Update @types/node to a supported version and regenerate the lockfile so the test runner and Node types stay compatible.
