Forward explicit timeScope to the permission-bound audit list, polling and JSON/XLSX export. Preserve explicit dates even when a bookmarked URL also contains all, and show the same bounds in the draft. Add targeted scope/default/date/export regressions; preserve pagination, backend authorization, session/MFA and dependencies. Requires the matching console-broker contract in Server v1.6.518. Exact-source validation and two-build artifact gate will run before release. No HAProxy, company-site or retention changes; no database recovery.
