Conversation
The shared CommonDialogComponent derived the alert heading from the English
status word and defaulted the OK/Cancel labels to the English literals 'OK' and
'Cancel', so dialogs stayed partly English in Hindi/Assamese. Add an
`alertHeading` getter that reads `alerts.{info,success,warning,error}`, bind the
button labels to `common.ok` / `common.cancel` with an English fallback, and
drop the hardcoded service defaults. Added the five standard UI-word keys
(info/success/warning/error, cancel) with real Hindi/Assamese values; English
values are unchanged.
The monthly report month dropdown used a hardcoded English Jan..Dec array. Build it from the shared getCalendarMonths() helper so it follows the app language; the submitted value (month index) is unchanged.
The stock-adjustment view details, sub-store and main-store indent item popups rendered an empty table (no feedback) when the endpoint returned no rows. Add a "No records found" row (reusing the translated inventory.norecordsfound key) and localize the hardcoded "ItemList Details" title in the main-store popup.
selectBatch pushed/removed entries without an identity check, so a repeated checked event could add the same batch twice (same no-dedup bug as the stock adjustment screen). Guard the push and remove by itemStockEntryID.
Points Common-UI to the companion branch tip (PSMRI/Common-UI#99): z-button now honours the native [disabled] input and the calendar localizes month/weekday names. Merge that PR first, then this pointer lands on angular-zard-migration.

Rebuild month options when the app language changes.

14 keys still held English values in Hindi.json/Assamese.json even though the templates reference them correctly, so these labels showed in English under Hindi/Assamese: QA #20 (Issue ID), #21 (Provide Draft Description), #23 (Select month/year), plus indent date, item batch, item name/code, dispensed quantity, drug item, stock adjustment draft id, store selection, health id and two messages.
