Rewrite the last stale specs (case-sheet, cdss, nurse referred worklists, follow-up-for-immunization) and finish coverage for registrar, screening, scheduler, general-refer and print-page-select. Full suite: 5091 specs passing; statements 99.67%, branches 97.55%, functions 99.66%, lines 99.68%. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
