FA-00: delete the transitional locked-render golden after the 0.14 roll

Draft: lands right after the single 0.14 lock roll, in the same window as the opf-render golden-override reset.

• Deletes scripts/fixtures/opf-examples-png.fa-0-14-locked-render.sha256.json, the TRANSITIONAL golden that recorded what the pre-roll renderer (opf-render 759017e) draws for the FA corpus, and its README entry.
• Before merge: rebase onto main after the roll PR merges, so ecosystem.lock.json already selects opf-examples-png.fa-0-14.sha256.json. Until then the lock still names the deleted file and the lock checks fail, which is expected.
• Stacked on codex/fa-0-14-integration (FA: format audit for 0.14 (FA-01…FA-17) #429).

Removes the transitional coordinated renderer golden opf-examples-png.fa-0-14-locked-render.sha256.json, which existed only while ecosystem.lock.json still pinned the pre–FA-roll renderer’s raster hashes for merge-queue checks.

scripts/fixtures/README.md drops the locked-render entry and rewrites the FA 0.14 paragraph to state that adoption already happened: the lock now selects opf-examples-png.fa-0-14.sha256.json (from opf-render#151’s golden-override, since cleared).

Intended to land immediately after the 0.14 lock roll so CI no longer references the deleted file.
