[asr] 火山 ASR 无法配置 Agent Plan 订阅端点

现象

macOS，OpenLess 1.3.18。火山 ASR 设置没有普通服务与 Agent Plan 订阅服务的端点选项，无法配置订阅语音识别。

官方文档要求订阅专属 API Key，并使用：

wss://openspeech.bytedance.com/api/v3/plan/sauc/bigmodel_async

但 1.3.18 源码将两种鉴权模式都固定为不含 /plan/ 的普通端点，修改 Key 或 Resource ID 不会切换地址。

相关 #936 调整了普通服务端点，#944 修复了验证按钮，均未增加订阅端点选项。

影响

无法在火山 ASR 渠道中使用 Agent Plan 订阅语音识别。

建议接受标准

• 支持区分普通服务与 Agent Plan 端点，保留普通服务兼容性。
• 连接验证和实际听写均使用所选端点及对应凭据。

TODO / 不确定项

端点缺口已通过源码与文档核查；修复后的实际连通性仍需验证。

感谢标记 P2。也想说明一下 #1063 ：也许是降智原因，Codex在未经我许可的情况下提了issue，我在收到邮件前都不清楚发了issues

（本来是让codex找一下问题原因以及是否有类似issues和pr，#1068 也是降智产物）

整理后的修改已提交为 #1069 ，另外看到 #1045 中提到 2.0 迁移期间暂缓接收 PR。#1069 基于当前 beta 整理，请问这项修复适合现在继续推进，还是等迁移完成后再更新？

Interpretation:
- 401 records rejection on the standard endpoint in this historical comparison.
- 101 records a WebSocket upgrade on the Agent Plan endpoint.
- audio_sent=false: neither result establishes successful microphone transcription or cursor insertion.
- The Beta.2 screenshot shows the local Agent Plan configuration UI only, not completed end-to-end acceptance.

目前的beta已经是2.0版本了，所以你的PR没有问题且已经被合并了
至于Codex降智这件事我也清楚了，我那次回复语气确实冲了(因为那会连续处理了两个CI都没过的神秘PR人要爆炸了)，不好意思orz
