Make worn specialist cards and gear count: SP skills, SP card stats, character window - #2622
Fixes the three server-side causes behind #2620 ("items that go on the Equip tab are not working"): a transformed character had no skills, a worn specialist card added nothing to combat, and the character window never received any stats.
Changes
Specialist skills were never unlocked.Skill.dat gives every specialist skill LEVEL 0, and SkillParser overwrote it with "skills in the class minus 20". For an eleven-skill card that wraps to 247, so LoadSpecialistSkillsAsync loaded nothing, ski went out as ski 0 0, and every attack while transformed came back as cancel. The parser now unlocks a card's skills in cast order: cast ids 0 to 5 at once, then one more every four specialist levels (6 → 4, …, 10 → 20). This needs a parser re-run to fix existing databases.
The worn specialist card counts while transformed.EquipmentStatsService adds the card's attack, hit rate and criticals to both attack profiles, its defences and dodges, its resistances plus the SpFire/SpWater/SpLight/SpDark perfection, and its element rate plus SpElement as ElementRateSp, which the damage step already reads. Untransformed, the card adds nothing.
The worn fairy sets the attack element. The damage step only adds elemental damage when the skill's element matches the attacker's, and the attacker's element was never set from the fairy. It now is.
The character window gets its stats. The sc packet was never sent. GenerateSc builds it from IBattleStatsProvider, so the window shows exactly what combat uses, worn gear and active effects included. It is sent on map entry (and so at login), wearing or removing a piece, transforming, untransforming and levelling up. The attack rows follow the class: melee/ranged, archer ranged/melee, mage magical/ranged (AttackType in NosCore.Data).
Not in this PR: the bonus that a card's spent points (attack, defence, element, HP/MP) give on top of its own stats. SpecialistPointService already turns points into levels, but the level → stat bonus table still needs a trustworthy source before it goes into NosCore.Algorithm.
Testing
dotnet test: everything passes except EveryDeclaredEffectIsNamed, which also fails on master. New tests: CharacterStatsPacketTests (packet mapping, attack rows per class), EquipmentStatsServiceTests (card ignored until transformed, card stats once transformed, element rate reaching ElementRateSp, fairy giving the attack element), SkillParserTests (cast-order unlock, class skills keep the file's level).
In the client: a level 30 Swordsman wearing Warrior SP (901, SP level 20) whose card carries 200 attack transforms with the SP button and hits a Baby Dander on Chicken Farm Path. The Dander had its HP raised to 100 000 and its speed set to 0 for the test.
Before (master, database parsed by master): transformed, but the attack gets cancel 2 990001 0 and no damage appears
Before (master, skills re-parsed by this branch): the card's attack is ignored, hits of 97 to 103
After (this branch): the same hits land at 298 to 302
Damage numbers side by side, master left, branch right
Worn fairy element. The same Swordsman, transformed into the Ninja card (902, water skills) with its attack set to 0 and a Water Fairy (885, 30 %) worn. On master the attacker never takes the fairy's element, so the water skill deals no elemental damage; this branch adds it.
Before (master): hits of 98 to 100
After (this branch): hits of 176 to 183, the difference being the fairy's water elemental damage
Not shown in the client yet: the character window itself. The cloud browser client crashes when that window opens (no recompiled code at 0065f25e), so the sc values are covered by the unit tests. Steps to check it are in the "Worn equipment contributes to stats" and "Specialist transformation" sections of documentation/manual-test-plan.md.
The client's character window is filled by the sc packet, which was never sent, so
attack, defence and resistances showed nothing whatever was worn. It is now built from
the same stats combat uses and sent on map entry, wearing or removing a piece,
transforming, untransforming and levelling up.
A worn specialist card added nothing to combat. While transformed it now adds its
attack, hit rate, criticals, defences and dodges to both attack profiles, its
resistances plus perfection, and its element rate as the specialist element rate.

Skill.dat gives every specialist skill LEVEL 0, and the parser replaced that with the
class's skill count minus twenty, which wraps to 247 for an eleven-skill card. No
transformed character ever reached it, so transforming loaded no skill at all and every
attack was cancelled. A card now unlocks its first six skills at once and one more every
four specialist levels, up to the eleventh at level 20.

The changes add specialist combat stats when transformed, send updated character stat packets after selected events, and assign minimum levels to eligible specialist skills based on cast ID.

Equipment stats now include the fairy element and specialist values. Specialist values contribute when the character is transformed. Tests cover fairy element assignment and specialist stats in transformed and untransformed states.

GenerateSc maps combat stats to class-specific attack rows. Stat packets are sent after equipment wear or removal, level-up, map entry, and specialist changes. Tests cover packet fields and attack-row types. The manual test plan adds equipment, leveling, and specialist checks.
Eligible specialist skills with cast IDs 6 through 10 and zero minimum level receive minimum levels increasing by four per cast ID. Tests verify the assigned levels and that an existing class-skill minimum level remains unchanged. The manual test plan adds checks for specialist skill availability.
NosCoreIO/NosCore#2620 — The issue describes missing specialist skills and equipment stats; this change adds specialist skill minimum-level parsing and transformed-specialist combat stats.

Add specialist skill unlocks to the manual test plan.
Rerun the parser on an existing database and check the client skill list before and at specialist levels 4 and 20. The parser test uses a mock DAO and does not check the database update or client skill list.

A character's attack element was never set, so the elemental step returned zero for
every hit and the fairy's element rate, and now the specialist's, changed nothing. The
worn fairy's element is now the character's attack element.

The nitpick on SkillParser.cs (manual check of the unlock levels) is in f3bbd5c: the "Specialist transformation" section of documentation/manual-test-plan.md now has the re-parse check at specialist levels 0, 4 and 20, plus a fairy element check.

Transformed into the Warrior card. Master: two attacks, no damage, the Baby Dander stays at 100000/100000. This branch: the first attack hits for 302 and the HP bar drops. Left: the untransformed Swordsman for reference.
Ninja card with the Water Fairy worn (the fairy is visible above the character on both). Master: first hit 100. This branch: first hit 179.
The character window (sc) has no screenshot: opening it freezes the cloud browser client, on master too. It needs a native client run.
