Adds ICellonService / CellonService: for each cellon level (1–10), the option types it can roll with their value ranges, and the gold it costs to apply. The ceiling is Constants.MaxCellonLevel, and the whole table is in documentation/DocumentationTest.CellonDocumentation.approved.md.

  • Prices are the ones the client shows in its add-option window (700 up to 134 900).
  • Option ranges match the client's option descriptions per tier.
  • GetOptions returns a read-only list. For a level no cellon has, the list is empty, so the server can treat that item as not a cellon.

Depends on NosCoreIO/NosCore.Shared#289 (CellonType, merged; it ships as Shared 6.1.0). CI will fail to restore until 6.1.0 is on nuget.org. Rebased on #153. This PR releases as 2.3.0, since 2.2.0 is #153.

Used by NosCoreIO/NosCore#2375.

Explain Change →

Walkthrough

The algorithm project adds a public Cellon service API for retrieving level options and prices. It defines option and price data for levels 0–10 and adds an approval test with documentation for levels 1–10.

Adds the CellonOption record and ICellonService interface. CellonService returns configured options and prices for levels 0–10. The approval test generates tables of costs and option ranges for levels 1–10. The project version changes to 2.3.0, and the NosCore.Shared version changes to 6.1.0.

Explanation

The title "feat: add CellonService" names the main change. The PR adds the ICellonService interface and the CellonService class, which return cellon options per level and the gold price to apply a cellon. The title is short, specific, and matches the changeset.

Full details: Docstring Coverage

Explanation

Docstring coverage is 50.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 2 functions across 5 files. (1 skipped: 1 unsupported.)

Resolution

Write docstrings for the functions missing them to satisfy the coverage threshold.

Nitpick Add tests for GetOptions at levels 0 and 11.

415-415: 📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick win

Add tests for GetOptions at levels 0 and 11.

CellonDocumentation checks only levels 1 to 10. GetOptions is documented to return an empty list for a level no cellon has, and the PR states that the server relies on that empty result. Levels 0 and 11 are outside the tested range, so a change that returns options for either level would not fail any test. Add a test that asserts both levels return no options.

415:
Add a test alongside CellonDocumentation in the test class to assert that
CellonService.GetOptions returns an empty list for both levels 0 and 11,
preserving the existing tests for levels 1 through 10.

Nitpick Add a test that rejects writes to the returned options.

419-419: Trivial · Maintainability & Code Quality · Quick win

Add a test that rejects writes to the returned options.

GetOptions returns a read-only view over the shared Options[level] array. The current tests check only values and counts, so a change that returns the array directly would still pass them. The new test assigns through the IList<T> view. The read-only wrapper rejects the assignment with NotSupportedException, and a plain array accepts it.

The test writes back the existing value, so the shared table is not changed if the regression occurs.

Suggested test
             Assert.AreEqual(0, cellonService.GetOptions(0).Count);
             Assert.AreEqual(0, cellonService.GetOptions(11).Count);

Review comment at @test/NosCore.Algorithm.Tests/DocumentationTest.cs at line
419:
Add a test near the existing `GetOptions` tests that casts the returned options
for a populated level to `IList<CellonOption>` and verifies that assigning an
existing value back to its index throws `NotSupportedException`. This should
ensure the returned view rejects writes without altering the shared options
table.

The options each cellon level can roll, with their value ranges, and the
gold each level costs to apply. The prices are the ones the client shows
in its add-option window.
