Why "if"? The cronjob starts the container with -e ADMINPW=adminadmin, and then the unlock passphrase is "unlockunlock" by default (see start-test.sh). Is that not working reliably?

The container comes up unprovisioned. If it's meant to be provisioned, then it doesn't work.

it's fixed for now on nethsmdemo. the problem is that the "pre-provisioning" is broken if --cap-add=NET_ADMIN is used. (different port, see start-test.sh). So before we use the NET_ADMIN mode again, we need to fix that first. In any case you can remove that sentence again.
