    PR: NethServer/nethlink#238

    Setup: NethLink build from the PR (Windows, macOS, Linux); two monitors and a few application windows open; a video call with another user who can see the shared screen.

    Test Case 1 - Choose a monitor (Windows, macOS, Linux X11)

    • Click screen sharing: the NethLink picker opens centered on the monitor of the phone island, titled "Share screen", with the "Screens" and "Windows" tabs
    • With two monitors the screens are listed as "Screen 1" and "Screen 2" with a preview
    • Select "Screen 2" and click "Share": the remote user sees the second monitor

    Test Case 2 - Choose an application window

    • Open the "Windows" tab, select an application window and click "Share": the remote user sees only that window
    • NethLink's own windows are not listed

    Test Case 3 - Cancel

    • Click "Cancel": the picker closes, the phone island goes back to the video call view
    • Press Esc in the picker: same result
    • Close the picker with Alt+F4 (Windows/Linux): same result
    • After each cancel, screen sharing can be started again

    Test Case 4 - Keyboard and mouse

    • "Share" is disabled until a source is selected
    • Double click on a source shares it immediately
    • Enter on a focused source selects it, a second Enter shares it
    • On Windows and macOS the picker gets keyboard focus as soon as it opens (Esc works without clicking first)

    Test Case 5 - Fullscreen video call

    • Put the video call in fullscreen and start screen sharing: the picker appears above the call (on macOS in the same fullscreen Space)

    Test Case 6 - Linux Wayland

    • Click screen sharing: the system "Share screen" dialog appears above the phone island, only once
    • Choose a screen or window: sharing starts and the phone island is back on top
    • Cancel the system dialog: the phone island is back on top and sharing can be started again

    Test Case 7 - Picker UI

    • Long window titles are truncated and show the full title in a tooltip
    • The picker follows the light and dark theme

    Test Case 8 - Logout and quit with the picker open

    • Open the picker and log out: the picker closes, after login screen sharing works
    • Open the picker and quit NethLink: the app closes normally

    Test Case 9 - macOS screen recording permission

    • Without the Screen Recording permission the existing permission dialog still appears at startup, nothing else changes

    Test Case 10 - Regression

    • Audio and video calls, phone island show/hide, fullscreen and the command bar work as before

    Test Case 11 - Call ends while the picker is open

    • Open the picker and let the other user hang up: the picker closes by itself
    • No screen capture starts and the system "sharing" indicator does not appear
    • On the next call screen sharing works again

    PR: nethesis/phone-island#299

    Setup: two users with a WebRTC device (CTI or NethLink) using the phone-island version from the PR, in a video call with each other.

    Test Case 1 - Share right after receiving a share

    • User A shares the screen, user B sees it
    • User A stops sharing; within 1-2 seconds user B starts sharing: user A sees B's screen
    • User B keeps the "Stop sharing" button for the whole share and can stop it
    • After user B stops, user A goes back to the video call view

    Test Case 2 - Repeated swaps

    • Alternate the share between A and B several times (stop and immediately share from the other side): every share can be stopped by its owner

    Test Case 3 - Hang up after the swaps

    • End the call while one side is sharing: the share stops on both sides and the screen capture indicator disappears

    Test Case 4 - Regression

    • Normal share and stop in both directions, cancel of the screen picker, share again after a cancel

    Test Case 5 - Janus rooms are removed

    • Share and stop: the room created for the share no longer exists on Janus
    • Hang up while sharing: the room no longer exists on Janus

    Test Case 6 - Only one share at a time

    • While a share is starting (picker open) or active, open the side view and click "Share screen": no second share starts, the current one keeps working and can be stopped

    Test Case 7 - Fullscreen on a received share

    • While receiving a share, click fullscreen and exit: works in CTI and NethLink
    • While receiving in fullscreen, the other user stops sharing: fullscreen is closed automatically (NethLink window back to normal size)
    • While receiving in fullscreen, the call ends: fullscreen is closed (NethLink window not left fullscreen)

    Test Case 8 - Other video view buttons during a share

    • Mute/unmute, camera off/on, record, hold/resume (hold stops the share), collapse/expand, settings and back, hang up
