Bumps the oci group with 1 update: oci.

Updates oci from 2.185.1 to 2.186.0

Release notes

Sourced from oci's releases.

2.186.0

Added

  • Support for higher usage submission limits for metered SaaS listings and legacy subscription endpoints in the Service Enablement Lifecycle Framework service
  • Support for customer-managed encryption keys for database systems and cross-region backup copies in the PostgreSQL service
  • Support for listing available VMware binaries and generating download links in the Oracle Cloud VMware Solution service
  • Support for data verification using database object counts, object statuses, and estimated table row counts in the Database Migration service
  • Support for settings specific to online logical, offline logical, and online standby Oracle migrations in the Database Migration service

Breaking

  • The field usage_record_id was removed from the model CreateSubscriptionUsageRecordDetails in the Service Enablement Lifecycle Framework service
  • Client-side decryption using a KMSMasterKeyProvider configured with a KMS master key now rejects encrypted payloads whose master key ID, vault ID, or region differs from the configured key. To decrypt data encrypted with different KMS keys, select the appropriate provider or use a KMSMasterKeyProvider without a configured master key.
  • Client-side decryption using a KMSMasterKeyProvider without a configured master key now requires the region to be known independently of the encrypted payload through built-in SDK definitions, explicit configuration, registered region metadata, Oracle Alloy configuration, or opted-in Instance Metadata Service (IMDS). A region accepted only through endpoint fallback, such as a dotted domain, the implicit OC1 realm, or OCI_DEFAULT_REALM, is rejected. If a region is not yet included in this SDK release, configure or register it before decrypting.

2.185.2

Added

  • Support for configurable fault-domain preferences during provisioning in the Oracle Cloud VMware Solution service
  • Support for code-only functions with managed runtimes and automated image builds in the Functions service
  • Support for out-of-place Grid Infrastructure patching and upgrades with Oracle-provided or custom Grid Infrastructure software images in the Database service
  • Support for active-passive cross-region replication in the OCI Cache service
