Integrate the six Dependabot PRs generated after #69 while preserving each PR head as a merge ancestor: #70, #71, #72, #73, #74, and #75.
Tokio 1.50, UUID 1.26, dirs 7, mdns-sd 0.21, and dialoguer 0.12 work with the existing APIs. All workflows use pnpm/action-setup v6.
The first main release run exposed an actual Changesets compatibility failure. Upgrade CLI to v3 and changelog-github to v1, use Node 22 in development/release CI, explicitly target main for release PRs, and validate the release plan in CI. Published Neex consumer Node requirements remain unchanged. Migration follows the official guide.
Validation: all 97 Rust tests with all features, Clippy with warnings denied, rustfmt, frozen pnpm install, release-plan validation, npm builds, scaffolder typecheck and four tests, and diff checks passed locally. The full 12-job matrix validates Rust and packed npm consumption on Linux/macOS/Windows plus both production templates.
Merge with a merge commit after the final-head checks pass so all six integrated Dependabot PRs are marked merged automatically.
