Hotfix release v0.5.11.

• Voice mode in the web UI: with the box empty, the send button becomes a voice button. Flash listens, answers, and reads the reply aloud, all on this computer with the same Vosk and Piper models as the terminal
• Hands-free: say "interrupt" to cut in, "pause" to pause, "resume" to carry on, and "stop voice" to finish; permission prompts are read out and answered with a spoken yes or no
• The whole reply is read, with the sentence being spoken highlighted and kept in view; code blocks and emojis are skipped
• Voice turns ask the model for short, plain replies
• Settings has a Voice models section: pick, download, switch, or remove listening and speaking models, each labeled with its size and who it suits
• Fix garbled speech and "Missing phoneme" warnings: symbols and code are said as words before they reach the voice
• Tests no longer read or write the developer's own voice settings
