Summary
The merged monitoring upgrade guide still said the change was for 26.12 and needed validation before release. It now says the upgrade ships in DeepOps 26.11 (kube-prometheus-stack 92.14.0, operator v0.94.2, Kubernetes 1.25+) and that existing installs must follow the CRD-first steps below. Docs only, one paragraph.
Validation
Live fresh-install and live-upgrade validation was completed before this change, so the "required before release" sentence is removed. Diff touches only the first paragraph of
docs/k8s-cluster/monitoring-upgrade-92.md.
