translation: update and complete Simplified Chinese translations

TL;DR

This PR updates and completes the Simplified Chinese (zh_cn) translations across multiple Project Red submodules to improve the Chinese player experience.

Changes

• Updated and completed zh_cn.json for the following modules:
  • projectred_core
  • projectred_expansion
  • projectred_exploration
  • projectred_fabrication
  • projectred_illumination
  • projectred_transmission
• Added missing translations for newly added items/blocks.
• Ensured terminology consistency across the modules.

Motivation

The existing Chinese translations were incomplete and contained some untranslated keys or raw English placeholders. This update aims to provide a fully localized and immersive experience for Chinese-speaking players.

How to Test

• Run the verification script: python .github/verify_lang_files.py --language zh_cn --verbose
• Verify that no new ERRORs are introduced. (Note: Existing WARNINGs regarding extra keys and duplicate values are expected due to the upstream en_us.json not being fully updated yet).
• Load the game with the Chinese language pack and verify that the newly translated items/blocks display correctly in-game.
