fix(settings): use the create-order currency picker for the default currency - #895
Settings → Fiat currency now opens the same currency picker as the create-order screen: a MostroDialog on the redesign palette, with the current default marked. Until now it was a v1 full-screen route that used the theme's v1 scaffold, app bar and input fill (six design-check breaks). The picker is moved to a shared widget. Create order passes it the active node's currencies, and Settings passes the whole catalogue, because the default currency belongs to the device, not the node. With no default set, the row now reads "Not set" instead of "All currencies". The picker never offered "All currencies", so the old label looked like a choice the user could make.
Affected flow
Settings → Fiat currency (lib/features/settings/screens/settings_screen.dart): the row opens showCurrencyPickerDialog with fiatCurrenciesProvider and saves through SettingsNotifier.setDefaultFiatCode. lib/features/settings/widgets/currency_selector_dialog.dart is deleted.
Create order → currency (lib/features/order/widgets/currency_section.dart): showCurrencyPicker calls the shared widget with offeredFiatCurrenciesProvider. Its behavior and automation ids are unchanged.
New shared widget: lib/shared/widgets/currency_picker_dialog.dart.
Dart UI only. No Rust, bridge or order/trade status is touched.
Blast radius
Persisted data: none changes. The default currency stays in the same settings.fiatCode preference, and existing installs keep their choice.
Create order: it still offers only the currencies the active node accepts, still opens on the default currency (or USD), and still keeps a picked currency when the node's list lands. Its existing tests (currency_selector_test.dart, add_order_screen_test.dart) pass unchanged.
Node selector: it reads the same defaultFiatCode for the BTC price, so it is unaffected.
Localization: the key allCurrencies (used only by this row) is replaced by fiatCurrencyUnset in all 7 locales. The generated app_localizations*.dart are committed with it.
Automation ids:orderCreateCurrencySearch / orderCreateCurrencyOption stay on create order. The Settings picker sets none. automation_contract_test.dart passes.
Platforms: pure Flutter widgets, with no platform code.

Setup
The app built from this branch, connected to a Mostro node that accepts only a few currencies. With no default currency set, which is the case on a fresh install.
Steps
Open Settings. → The Fiat currency row reads Not set. On main it reads "All currencies".
Tap the Fiat currency row. → A "Select Currency" dialog opens, the same one as in create order, with a search field and every currency in the catalogue, including ones the node does not accept.
Search "eur" and tap EUR. → The dialog closes, and the row reads EUR.
Tap the row again. → EUR is marked in lime.
Create a new order. → The form opens on EUR, and its currency picker lists only the currencies the node accepts.
Not covered
iOS and macOS were not run. The change is the same Flutter widget on every platform.
