ALL_FAMILIES mirrors the families MobilityDB's CMakeLists.txt turns on with ALL=ON: CBUFFER, H3, JSON, NPOINT, POINTCLOUD, POSE, RGEO, QUADBIN, RASTER and S2CELL. MEOS has no ARROW family, so that macro guards nothing, and S2CELL is defined so the s2cell declarations of meos_s2cell.h reach the compiled unit as they reach the catalog.
