GENERATION.md read that only an aggregate taking one value with a combine is
generated, and that appendInstant and the w* window aggregates are counted in the
generator's report. The generator of JMEOS (#_catalog_aggregates) carries an
aggregate stating no combine by folding its gathered rows in the order of the
start timestamp of its first argument, and AggregatesCatalogTest registers 22
names, appendInstantAgg and the w* aggregates among them. What the surface leaves
out are the three aggregates over rasters, whose type it does not hold. The name
an aggregate is registered under is the catalog's altSqlName where a scalar
function holds its MobilityDB name.
