Ports Mineralogy 6.1.2 to Minecraft 1.21.11 on NeoForge while preserving the accepted gameplay, registry, NBT, configuration, migration, OreSpawn-provider, recipe, and world-compatibility contracts.

• targets Mineralogy 6.1.2.121112, NeoForge 21.11.45, Java 21, and released OreSpawn 4.0.16.121112
• adapts registration, events, identifiers, tags, fluids, rendering, data components, recipes, advancements, and block entities to the 1.21.11 APIs
• replaces the removed JavaScript coremod path with Mixins while retaining all 18,192 legacy state mappings, chunk protection, sidecar recovery, and furnace normalization
• keeps the mining and furnace-state corrections, restores NeoForge creative-tab population, and uses matching vanilla textures for native andesite, diorite, granite, basalt, and tuff forms
• retains the accepted native-tuff matrix, slab precedence and bridges, configurable cobblestone behavior, progressive recipe advancements, crude oil, lamps, drops, and grouped tabs
• registers no Mineralogy terrain or ore generator and makes no registry-ID, configuration-format, or OreSpawn-provider behavior change

• 61 automated tests passed
• clean release build, Javadocs, dependency checks, artifact audit, checksums, cold bootstrap, Eclipse generation, and production-classpath verification passed
• all three reproducible release JARs were audited for Java 21 bytecode and required resources
• development and exact packaged client/server fresh-and-reload smokes passed with NeoForge 21.11.45 and released OreSpawn
• recipe/advancement, cobblestone-mode, native-tuff, mining, furnace, creative-tab, model/texture, legacy-Mixin, world-generation, dimension-isolation, and upgrade-fixture checks passed
• manually tested and accepted in game
