[bug] mxcli v0.24.0 page-setting gaps missing from the ledger (false warnings, file property, createdDate index, DESCRIBE CE1613)

What: on v0.24.0, mxcli refuses or silently drops 8 page settings. 3 of those warnings are false: the value was actually stored. Other gaps:

• The pluggable-widget type="file" property can't be written (MDL-WIDGET06, then CE0642).
• index on createdDate fails.
• Replaying DESCRIBE output passes mxcli check but fails mx check with CE1613.

The ledger covers only BUG-117, gallery filters and dateFormat.

Ask:

1. Add BUG-DRAFT- entries for the missing items.
2. Open upstream PRs for the 9 fork fix branches.
3. Ask upstream to make silent drops hard errors and remove the false warnings.
