docs(diary): rotate August 2026 diary entries to archive

Monthly diary rotation (AGENTS.md §11: archive when >300 lines).

• AGENT_DIARY.md: 1851 -> 157 lines (Key Historical Decisions + September entries stay live)
• docs/archive/AGENT_DIARY_2026_08.md: new, 188 August entries (patterns, negative results, threads) in the same format as AGENT_DIARY_2026_07.md
• Verified: old entries 203 == archive 188 + live 15, multi-set diff empty (nothing lost/duplicated)
• verify_diary: 15 entries / 0 errors; gate-zero full suite 1655 passed
• Smaller live diary = faster verify_diary in every future pre-commit run
