Loop Lost G7 Connection Overnight and Did Not Reconnect Until App Was Opened

Describe the bug

Loop v3.14.6 (29) dev, G7SensorKit 1486241, Omnipod DASH. At 12:07 a.m. EDT on September 20, G7SensorKit marked an active G7 session suspectedEndOfSession=true. It said it would wait 15 minutes, but there was no further sensor communication or scanning until I opened Loop around 6:23 a.m. The same sensor was rediscovered at 6:27 and dosing resumed. Background App Refresh was enabled. Notifications, Critical Alerts, and Time Sensitive Notifications were enabled. Loop failure alerts were generated but did not make an audible sound. Please investigate why scanning did not resume after 15 minutes and why the failure alerts had sound: n/a.

Please rebuild using Loop v3.14.8 or newer which has a fix for G7 Sensor drop-outs.
