Most here are original bad docs, I can do a sweep tomorrow and see what else I find, and fix them in a separate PR, seems like we have a lot of incongruences between docs and code... |

I'm fixing your annotations. Those are rather straight forward (most of it). The docs need a sweep to make them correspond to the code, yes. That can be a separate PR after this work. |

These are the man-page updates for section man(1) after the HAL API break (#4565).
Note: the programs and components still need to be made 64-bit clean. The update only describes the HAL visibility for users.
