When a user is incorporated in the middle of a planning poker session, let recover the state

NewComer will be incorporated, this player will just receive an exclusive message for him indicating the current status (e.g. if a story voting is in progress show the title and voting options, if results are being shown, just show the results).

A more simple scenario would be to ask the user to wait til the next story is released.
